CA. Sapan Kumar Loyalka, F.C.A., D.I.S.A. (ICAI), B.COM, qualified in 1999 and joined his father's CA. Ram Gobind Loyalka in his firm J. Loyalka & Co., Raniganj. He also a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (ICAI). He is the Senior Partner of the firm and a Chartered Accountant of repute. He is actively involved in the profession of Accountancy, Income Tax, Corporate Laws, Goods and Services Tax, Project Financing, etc.
He is a speaker on various topics including Union Budget, Income Tax Audit, Goods and Services Tax, Charitable Trusts, etc. and has been a speaker at various forums such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Raniganj Branch, Raniganj Chamber of Commerce, etc.
He is associated with many social organisations. He was the President of the Lions Club of Raniganj in 2013-14, Cabinet Treasurer of Lions Clubs International, District 322C3 in 2015-16, and Chairman of the Raniganj Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2022-23.
Presently, he is again The Cabinet Treasurer of Lions Clubs International, District 322C3 in 2023-24, the Secretary of District 322C3 Foundation, Trustee of the Lions Club of Raniganj Eye Hospital Trust, Trustee of Lions Club of Raniganj School & Welfare Trust, Local Managing Committee of Raniganj Lions Jasoda Devi Maliram Chanani DAV Public School, Trustee of Nandlal Jalan Foundation, Trustee of Shree Shakti Dham Charitable Trust, Managing Trustee of Maliram Jasoda Devi Chanani Charitable Trust.
He has been Awarded by the Lions Club of Raniganj for his contribution as a Chartered Accountant in 2018. He has been awarded as ‘Lion of Year’ in 2009, ‘Outstanding Lion of the Year’ of the Lionistic District 322C3 in 2015-16, ‘Best President’ of Lionistic District 322C3 in 2013-14, the International Presidents’ Appreciation Certificate, ‘Outstanding District Chairperson’ Award of Lionistic District 322C3 in 2021-22, Melvin Jones Fellow by Lions Clubs International Foundation, Biharilal Agarwal Fellow, M. K. Loyalka Fellow, to name a few.
